Tod Williams Billie Tsien Architects | Partners (TWBTAP) will lead the team that designs the Obama Presidential Center in Chicago and will collaborate with Interactive Design Architects, which is led by Illinois School of Architecture alumna Dina Griffin (BSAS ’86).
