Leo Bilyeu
Leo Bilyeu received an AA in Interior Design from the Interior Designers Institute in Newport Beach, CA (1990) and and AS in Science from Richland Community College in Decatur, IL (2019). For twenty years he owned an interior design firm in the international resort community of Palm Springs, CA specializing in high-end residential and commercial interiors. His interests include mixed-use development and urban planning.
