Maurice Cox Serves as School of Architecture Commencement Speaker
Maurice D. Cox was appointed Commissioner of the Department of Planning and Development in October 2019. Cox leads DPD’s “economic development, planning and zoning functions while fostering community-improvement initiatives throughout the city. His primary focus is under-invested neighborhoods on the South and West sides.”
Commencement was held on May 15, 2022 at Foellinger Auditorium on the Main Quad, followed by a reception at Temple Buell Hall.
